Maryann is a marketing specialist having achieved 25 years of experience in the marketing and communication field within a multi-national setting.

Her specialty during the past few years has been focused on; marketing operations, project management and vendor relations. She has a proven track record of effectively managing projects, working on and leading cross-functional groups in order to maximize team performance. She has launched and supported numerous North American marketing campaigns, new product introductions as well as bilingual consumer websites for Canadian marketing promotions and brand initiatives.

Maryann’s strong communication skills are further enhanced by her knowledge of languages as she is proficient in both French and Italian. Customer focus and satisfaction are her key priorities. She complements the team by incorporating creativity into the marketing ideation and design process.


After a 4 year career of producing and assistant directing various feature films, promotional videos and commercials for large corporations, Jade has switched gears to focus on the development of her own company along with providing video services to others. Jade focuses on the creation and management of the video productions for JV House to Home along with graphic development and social media needs. Jade graduated from Sheridan College in 2014 with an Advanced Film Diploma and has recently returned to Sheridan to complete her film degree.



Nick is a digital media producer who produces content for film, television, and web. Nick focuses on the video content for JV House to Home as well as composing original music for each video. Nick graduated from the media arts program at Sheridan College and is currently working towards his degree in Film & Television.

MELISSA SALAZAR, Director of Operations

Melissa Salazar’s zest for real estate and helping others began when she was still in high school. From hands-on customer care to launching a new brokerage to working with the #1 team in the world, Melissa has lived and breathed all that happens behind the scenes in real estate. She is an endless resource of energy and creative solutions.

As Director of Operations for Royal LePage Realty Plus, Melissa oversees more than policies and productivity of the brokerage. She plays an integral role in leadership and coaching of both new and experienced real estate associates.

CARLO RACIOPPO, Director of Operations


With 28 years experience in real estate, Carlo Racioppo knows the business at its best and at its worst. From his early beginnings as an agent and a student of commerce and economics, Carlo has turned obstacles into opportunities.

Throughout his real estate career, Carlo excelled in residential and commercial sales, management and ownership. Recognition came early. Carlo was the youngest president of the Mississauga Real Estate Board, where he served for seven years. He also served as a director for both the Toronto Real Estate Board and the Ontario Real Estate Association.

Gloria brings her 15 years experience in the fashion accessories and home décor industry to home staging, having successfully founded and operated two companies where she designed collections for most of the major department and chain stores across Canada. Gloria is passionate about all that she does and keeps current with design trends. She always puts her clients first and frames her ideas by listening and understanding their needs and goals.

Gloria has a Degree in Fashion Design, has earned both the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and Canadian Staging Professionals (CSP) designations. For a number of years, she was a mentor for the Canadian Staging Professionals program and also staged properties for the TV show Housecapades. Since 2002, she has successfully built Christy Michaels Lifestyle Solutions Inc. into one of the premier staging companies in the Golden Horseshoe.




From personal life to work life, Ana is always giving back, she has been or is involved in numerous committees including parent volunteer for the Burlington Bayhawks U17G, Committee Member for Aldershot Community Honour Roll, Board Member/Director for Aldershot BIA, Contributor to the Plains Road Village Vision and the Contributor to the Burlington Waterfront Committee, Public Relations & Communication Chair for the Junior League of Hamilton-Burlington, Ontario Chapter Member for Canadian Mortgage Professionals. Ana is also co-founder of K.I.D.S. for the Future.

Ana brings over 20  years of business experience and knowledge from fields spanning, Mortgage Lending, Real Estate,  Retail, and Construction. Mortgage Agent and Partner of the L A Mortgage Team. Ana's focus is on helping her clients find the right solution for them.


ELIZABETH PETERS, Broker of Record / Royal LePage Realty Plus Oakville

Throughout her banking career, Elizabeth Peters felt an attraction to the real estate business and in 1995 she took the plunge. She quickly found her niche in London’s residential market, particularly with first-time buyers in the community.

An investment background was beneficial, but Elizabeth’s forté was building relationships with her clients. “I took my business seriously and I took my clients’ needs to heart,” she says. “I truly enjoy meeting new people, making a connection with them and I feel honoured to be entrusted with one of their biggest investments.” Her favourite saying is “a house is a house, a home is a home”. The biggest compliment “is when our clients entrust us to represent their homes”.

Elizabeth’s approach earned her repeat and referral business, achievement awards and success throughout her career. Since 2001 Elizabeth has been living and working in Oakville as well as helping new and experienced real estate agents with their career goals.
